Construction Sciences’ assembled a team of players for a charity golf day in Toowoomba on Friday 14th April along with around 35 other teams from across the local construction industry with the $35,000 raised from the event going directly to Youngcare through the Simpson Desert Challenge fundraising initiative.
Engineering Area Manager Morgan Midgley, Annex Lab Manager Shane Cadd, CFO Gerard Courtney and Laboratory Manager Mark Hickson descended on Toowoomba Golf Club at the invitation of host and valued client FKG Group to support and raise funds for Youngcare.
As a hole sponsor, Construction Sciences was proud to support Youngcare – an incredible charity that is working to change the lives of so many people across Australia. Youngcare is a national not-for-profit, revolutionising the way young people with high care disability live. The charity helps to create a more inclusive Australia by empowering industry, government and community to work together and challenge the way society views disability.
