We are pleased to announce that Construction Sciences’ engineering division is joining the CMW Geosciences business, effective 1 January 2024. 

Construction Sciences now has offices and laboratories in every Australian state and territory thanks to the addition of our new laboratory in Hobart, Tasmania.

Construction Sciences focussed on the safety of our young workers for National Safe Work Month. In recognition of their personal commitment to safety we recognised three of our HSE Icons – Charlie Corner, Jack Jenkins and Shawn Weston-Freeman.

In Australia, October marked the start of National Safe Work Month. This year the timing of Safe Work Month coincides with the introduction of Kiwa’s Safe Together program. For Construction Sciences (a member of the Kiwa Group), this program presents an opportunity to further instill our commitment to safety as we strive for continuous improvement. 

Construction Sciences employees helped raise funds for cancer by donating to a special Do It For Cancer – Construction Sciences Pink Shirt Fundraiser. Thanks to their generous support, our goal to raise $2500 was reached easily and soon donations will exceed $4000. Well done team!

To highlight the importance of Construction Materials Technicians (CMTs) to the industry, Construction Sciences delivered presentations to potential candidates at LabTech Training’s (LTT) STEMsational Careers events for National Skills Week 21-27 August. #nationalskillsweek.
