Construction Sciences continues to grow with the recent opening of a new construction materials testing laboratory in Whyalla South Australia.
Located on Eyre Peninsula’s Spencer Gulf in South Australia, Whyalla is an important mining and industrial hub known for the Whyalla Steelworks, however the area also boasts unique natural aquatic wonders, vivid landscapes and sea life.
The new Whyalla lab has NATA accreditation for aggregates testing, with soils and concrete testing methods to be added to the scope in preparation for planned major project works, and to service mine sites and gas plants operating in the region.
