When our engineering and construction clients require construction materials testing services performed onsite, Construction Sciences rapidly deploys custom built mobile NATA accredited site laboratories to suit a broad range of testing services.
A typical annex laboratory for a major project would consist of two purpose-fitted 40 foot demountable units or converted shipping containers placed parallel with an igloo shelter erected in between, to provide a high volume of testing capacity. For smaller projects, our annex laboratories can often feature a demountable building with an awning.
We are trusted by clients to deliver prompt testing and accurate results all the time. Our mobile annex laboratories can be installed with minimal notice to urban or remote areas for materials testing close to construction sites for major transport infrastructure projects or relocated to regional or remote areas to service construction projects or mine infrastructure project sites.
All our mobile annex laboratory buildings and equipment are owned by Construction Sciences and operated by our highly experienced CMT technicians stationed onsite, and with access to our network of permanent base laboratories if advanced testing methods are required.
Our clients benefit from a full range of annex laboratory services depending on the type of project including: earthworks compaction control, soil and aggregate strength and classification tests, as well concrete, shotcrete, grout and mortar testing.
